Victoria Stiles, an amazing Washington D.C based makeup artist is working with the 2nd annual AER Walk With Style event, to benefit Cancer Care. Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics has come up with a brand new shade for event and is giving Victoria’s blog readers a chance to give it a name!
